Meeting Agenda

This meeting will review, deliberate on, and then approve the chapter's first official financial policies. As we have grown and expanded our programs the need for proper financial procedure has become more pressing, and this meeting will provide the chapter clear pathways for generating and distributing funds. Draft financial policies can be viewed through the agenda below.

Additionally, we will be electing our first Communications Committee Organizers at this election. This committee will take on the responsibility of managing the chapter's internal and external communications, both ensuring other committees are coordinating with each other smoothly, and presenting our organization in a professional, competent manner to the general public.
