R26-16: Establishment of Sergeant at Arms Position
The Sergeant at Arms is an officer of an organization (such as a legislative body or court of law) who preserves order and executes commands. Their purpose is to ensure all in attendance are able to focus on the matter at hand while adhering to an agreed upon set of rules and decorum.
