Resolution Submission

The deadline to submit resolutions and bylaws amendments to be heard at this meeting is August 10th. The deadline to submit amendments to proposals is August 18th. Please submit your proposals to midgadsa@gmail.com by these times. Submissions made after these deadlines will be heard at the chapter meeting in September. 

Chapter Elections

If you would like to run for any of the following open positions within the chapter. Please email your intent to midgadsa@gmail.com by Sunday, August 23rd, at 11:59PM.

Communications Committee Organizer

The Communications Committee is responsible for managing the chapter's internal and external communications, ensuring that committees are working cohesively with each other, as well as representing the chapter in a professional and competent manner to the public. 

Electoral Action Committee Organizer

The Electoral Action Committee handles chapter activities related to local elections, ballot measures, get out the vote, and oversees the candidate endorsement process. 

Please note as this is a new committee, elections will only be held if three or more candidates volunteer to run.
